You will be provided with full training and development to give you every opportunity for success. The RoleAs a Customer Account Manager you will be involved in the whole process of providing loans to our customers.

You will play a key role in anticipating and identifying customer needs, maximising the use of available resources, and ensuring the department operates efficiently and effectively. The role also involves motivating and supporting the team to achieve business objectives while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will drive large-scale IT standardisation, systems integration and business-wide change, ensuring our technology enables operational excellence, scalable growth and an outstanding experience for customers and colleagues. Acting as a bridge between IT and the wider business, you will embed change in a way that reflects Steer's core values of Excellence, Innovation and Integrity.

You will play a vital role within the dealership, carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology, conducting vehicle services and carrying out any additional repairs etc.

You will report to the accomplished Aftersales Manager, who will give on-going support to ensure you have the tools needed to succeed in your role.
