You will work autonomously, visiting sites with your fully equipped company van to deliver high-quality, compliant gas services.
You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to provide customer service over the phone ensuring professionalism at all times. You must be able to remain calm, focused and professional under pressure.
You will then negotiate the contract sum within the budget, including finalising costs to cover all late variations.
You will issue revised contract drawings to subcontractors; negotiating the cost of variations including liaising between Buyers and Build Managers.
You will provide a full range of pricing information for purchaser's extras.
