You will be responsible for ensuring every custom event we run is delivered with the right mix of senior decision-makers from the right target accounts. You'll lead a team that identifies, engages and secures those delegates, working closely with Sales, Client Success and Event Operations to make sure expectations are clear and delivery is strong.
You will be responsible for working with our business on aiding ideation and discovery for key strategic Customer team and Commercial initiatives.
You will also be responsible for high level solution design for those initiatives.
You will be accountable for all customer architecture design artefacts and ensuring all designs and design decisions are governed according to the practice.
