You will take ownership of all escalated queries and complaints into the department and will be responsible for handling the more complex tasks sent through the team, along with team reporting across a variety of channels. In this position, you will lead a small team and ensure that all departments are working together to achieve our goals.
You will be responsible for ensuring every custom event we run is delivered with the right mix of senior decision-makers from the right target accounts. You’ll lead a team that identifies, engages and secures those delegates, working closely with Sales, Client Success and Event Operations to make sure expectations are clear and delivery is strong.
You will provide customers and clients with exceptional aftersales service and management of the rectification of defects. - Ensure customers experience a smooth transition
You will have a working in a customer service environment, have excellent communication skills and a telephone manner.
You will have demonstrable experience running a commercial trading operation, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
