You will be a key contributor in building and operationalizing customer journeys, shaping persona development, and translating insights into activation strategies across digital and offline channels.
You will guide new contractors through the onboarding and learning process while providing fast, accurate, and professional support to existing contractors. This role suits candidates who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of meeting high performance standards.
You will be responsible for supplier invoice processing. Bank and payment-related reconciliation tasks, * Supporting authors, suppliers and partners through high-quality customer service. Skills & Experience Required: * Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken. Previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping or accounting administration.
You will work closely with our administrative and prescribing support teams to ensure smooth, compliant prescribing and continuity of care.
You will then provide support to customers, advice of compliance of ingredients/raw materials, completion of new material/customer questionnaires and research/impact assess regulatory developments relevant to the personal care/cosmetic market. This role would be ideal for a chemical regulatory professional who has experience with chemical hazard communication (SDS authoring, labels etc).
