Customer Experience Specialist jobs in Putney, London

You will be working with written and verbal communication mediums to deliver outstanding customer service. Please note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. What you will be doing: - Embark on a 4-6 week onboarding program, honing your skills, and deepening your understanding of our business ethos.

You will be used to talking about all thing’s customer quality, from who we choose to Acquire, how we Retain them and what tactics we can action to get them to buy more!

You will be based in our Putney office but we have a hybrid working environment, with two days in the office required, on site, per week.

You will play a key role in the successful pricing and delivery of major projects, working closely with pre-construction, commercial, and delivery teams. The position offers exposure to technically challenging, design-led projects in both new build and refurbishment environments.

You must have previous proven experience in commercial.
