Customer Experience Representative jobs in Carlisle

You will play a critical role in recruiting and developing talent while managing store performance. You will provide expert guidance on product and finance options while using design software to create inspirational layouts. This part-time role demands excellent communication and relationship skills, teamwork, and flexibility in work hours, including weekends.

You will follow up on outbound communications, own customer issues, and work across teams to resolve problems swiftly, all while maintaining clear records and meeting service level agreements (SLAs). The hours for this role will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday working agreed hours between 08:00 18:00.

You will do all of this, whilst working towards some key targets, so it's important you're motivated and forward thinking.
