You will be responsible for managing daily operations, deploying team members effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will shape how our engineers build, test, release, and monitor software, ensuring frictionless workflows while keeping ownership of business logic, test quality, and development practices firmly with the product engineering teams.
You will report directly to our Director of Technical Support and Customer Training Delivery for Europe, and you’ll work out of Honeywell's European office location on a Hybrid work schedule.

You will have experience in a fast paced operation with proven and demonstrable people management experience, involving direct accountability and responsibility for motivating and leading a high performing team, ideally within a Transport Setting.
