You will need to hold a qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline (minimum HNC level) and have experience working in low volume or bespoke manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of DFM/DFA principles, particularly relating to CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and optics handling.
