You will support the planning and delivery of their flagship Annual Meeting, alongside other specialist conferences and summits throughout the year. Working within a small but dedicated team, this is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full event lifecycle — from logistics and programme coordination to supplier liaison and on-site delivery.
You will be a key point of contact for alumni, delivering polished, friendly service while helping shape an organisation in transition.
You will be required to work up to 10 evenings per year, time off in lieu will be given for this.
You will be working 52 weeks per year.
You will be entitled to 28 days holiday, 3 of these days must be reserved for the Christmas shut down.
You will bring EPC’s experiential world to life through exceptional in-store experiences, beautifully delivered events, creative brand partnerships, and confident brand representation in London and abroad.
You will support the communication of these experiences across social media working with the founder and team to share EPC’s universe through content.
You will need to be :- - Customer-focused with a natural hospitality style - Commercially minded and motivated by hitting targets - Confident leading a small on-site team - Organised, proactive and happy taking ownership - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and day-to-day systems
