You will be responsible for revenue growth, commercial performance and the day‑to‑day running of your accounts, working closely with delivery, strategy and client services teams to ensure we meet client needs while achieving our commercial objectives.

You will also support and mentor more junior members of the account team, helping them develop their capability and confidence.

You will be working closely with both the Deputy Practice Manager and the Practice Business Manager on a daily basis, and whilst experience gained in a patient facing role would be ideal for us, we will consider applications from strong candidates who have develop the necessary skill sets in a different sector.

You will drive revenue growth, commercial performance and manage day‑to‑day client relationships, working closely with delivery, strategy and client services teams to meet client needs and achieve commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities

You will shape how our engineers build, test, release, and monitor software, ensuring frictionless workflows while keeping ownership of business logic, test quality, and development practices firmly with the product engineering teams.

You will get the opportunity to support the team by being the first point of contact to customers wishing to report ASB, you will open ASB cases where appropriate and completing risk assessments.

You will also support in managing noise app reports, along with Person Alert requests.
