You will act as the central link between automotive customers, internal operations, and suppliers, ensuring customer demand is met efficiently from order receipt through to final delivery. Duties & responsibilities as a Planning & Logistics Coordinator:Act as the main point of contact for key automotive customers, internal teams and suppliers.
You will be responsible for following up with customers after orders are delivered, maintaining regular contact at 1, 3, 6, and 9-month intervals, and providing feedback to help the business grow.
