You will work closely with internal teams to deliver high quality moments, drive continuous improvement and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to be a long‐lasting, positive force in the South West. Key Responsibilities Manage customer feedback, complaints, and compensation across our pubs, inns, and beer brands.
You will support the preparation and submission of planning applications, engage with local planning authorities, prepare planning statements and reports, advise on planning strategy and policy, and guide clients through the planning process from inception to delivery. Key Responsibilities:
