You will work closely with customers to understand their circumstances, offering support by agreeing affordable and sustainable repayment solutions. A key part of this role is treating customers with empathy and respect, ensuring fair outcomes and positive customer experiences.
You will manage early-stage customer enquiries, combining excellent customer service with a soft, consultative sales approach to qualify prospects and secure initial consultation (Discovery Session) appointments. This role offers genuine scope to grow as the service scales. Key Responsibilities:
