You will use your customer service skills to provide user support on all company supported computers, applications, and software, troubleshooting problems, and advising users on appropriate actions.
You will be the first point of contact for all support tickets, where possible resolving or re-assigning as appropriate to other team members.
You will be based daily at our Head Office in Ringwood with office hours as 9.00 – 5.30 Monday to Thursday and 9.00 – 5.00 on Friday.
