You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and maintain the highest standards of governance, client outcomes, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the accurate and timely processing of daily fund operations, including NAV calculations, income distributions, cash movements, capital activity, and expense postings.

You will also oversee the accuracy and compliance of data entered by Customer Service Assistants, ensuring all information meets company standard Customer Service Advisor responsibilities: Review customer orders in the IQ system to ensure they meet contract terms and can be fulfilled as agreed.

You will help ensure that incoming and outgoing materials are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently, and that all stakeholders receive a professional and timely service. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsReceive, unload, and check incoming materials. Sort, label, and store materials according to internal procedures and safety standards.

You will oversee data across systems including MRI Asset and Sava Intelligent Energy, providing insights that shape investment decisions, enhance customer satisfaction, and deliver value for money.

You will oversee, enhance, and mature our service delivery processes, tools, and structures to ensure we consistently provide high-quality services to our growing customer base. This is a dynamic and evolving role, offering the opportunity to shape how service delivery operates across the business.

You will have strong attention to detail as you will be reviewing client documentation, ensuring the information is comprehensive and accurate to support the quoting process
