You will be a proactive, self-motivated field sales professional with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. - Likely to already have field sales experience within or around the construction industry. - Experience could come from a manufacturer, distributor or merchant, ranging from heavy-side building materials, KBB & interiors, heating & plumbing.

You will process enquiries from a wide range of stakeholders such as the general public, external agencies, Council staff at all levels as well as Elected Members and be expected to do this promptly, efficiently and accurately.

You should have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills as this is a busy and demanding role with often conflicting priorities.

You will be provided with a clear framework whilst still having the autonomy to manage your home with the additional support and infrastructure. You will be responsible for identifying and actively pursuing sales opportunities while maintaining existing business, always displaying exemplary customer service and patient focus.
