You will collaborate closely with teams across the company, building strong professional relationships and genuine collaborations. The starting salary is £26,000 per year. The role offers hybrid working with 1 day in office (Burgess Hill). 25 days holiday (increasing to 27 days after 3 years of service)

You will plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of our store activities by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance.

You will be Responsible For I know my customers and serving them with passion and pride, giving great natural service.

You will lead, develop, manage, and motivate a support services team to the agreed standards ensuring that the client receives services of the highest quality and support the Regional Account Manager in the development of the business strategy in line with current and emerging client needs.

You will be required to work 4 x 10‐hour shifts per week, totalling 40 hours per week; these hours can fall any time between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday and the hours will be allocated to you by our resource planner 3‐weeks in advance rolling.

You will also ensure to update and maintain all relevant administration records.
