You will be responsible for calibrating measuring equipment to ISO9001, BS EN ISO 17025 and customer specification in accordance with Company Procedures, UKAS publications, and other internationally recognised specifications.

You will be the primary point of contact for all service-related tasks in your area, including maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting of automatic doors and roller shutters.

You must also have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to maintain and update your own van stock.

You will act as a key interface between the shop floor, management, suppliers, and customers, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards while mentoring and leading the quality team to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities - Maintain and improve quality control across all stages of manufacturing in line with customer and regulatory requirements

You will manage project delivery to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This includes coordinating technical submittals, managing labour and materials, liaising with contractors and clients, and ensuring commissioning and handover processes are effectively implemented.
