You will be responsible for maintaining full regulatory compliance, achieving excellent CQC outcomes, promoting safeguarding and quality assurance, and ensuring every resident receives personalised, dignified care. You will assist the branch manager in maximising sales and ensuring the profitability of the branch.

You will represent the branch in promotional events to increase the exposure; and use social media to promote offers, generate customer engagement and sales leads.

You will lead your team by example and set standards by achieving your own sales targets and learning & development objectives.

You will act as a key link between factory teams, central functions, customers and external bodies, driving quality excellence and ensuring our systems, standards and culture consistently meet business, customer and regulatory expectations.

You will lead internal audit activity, support external and customer audits, and ensure strong governance of HACCP, TACCP and GMP across the site.
