You will promote a caring environment which provides Residents with a high standard of specialised personal care, meeting individual needs and ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.
You will work as part of a dynamic care team, ensuring the home adheres to the necessary requirements and procedures at all times.
You will play a key role in preparing the home for opening, including recruitment, systems implementation, regulatory readiness and culture-building, before transitioning into full operational management post-opening.
You will be a visible, hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with operational delivery.
You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role as it may involve either, working before 6am or after 10pm, or some other business-related needs. We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.
You will need to be able to attend three days training if successful which is scheduled for end of January so this role commences beginning of Feb. Experience in 2:1 or 1:1 intensive support packages and or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care would be desirable
