You will be trusted to run matters independently, think commercially, and deliver work to a high standard with minimal supervision. Commercial contracts experience is an advantage, but strong corporate capability is essential. The work is varied, often complex, and frequently cross-border.
You will be responsible for ensuring every custom event we run is delivered with the right mix of senior decision-makers from the right target accounts. You’ll lead a team that identifies, engages and secures those delegates, working closely with Sales, Client Success and Event Operations to make sure expectations are clear and delivery is strong.
You will be a confident team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise with others, as well as continuing to build your own technical expertise or specialism. As a Consultant/Associate Director your work will be predominantly advisory, and the types of clients you will deal with include:UK and overseas businesses that operate in the Real Estate sectors.
You will be expected to handle your own caseload and support the lead partner on larger projects, encompassing the full range of charity law and governance issues alongside contributing to business development initiatives and supervising junior members of the team. - Advising charity trustees on their duties and responsibilities
You will be working alongside emergency and urgent care services and will be assessing people of all ages, whatever their mental health difficulty at the first point of contact. The majority of this work is telephone based but there will be the opportunity for face to face engagement in the community.
You will also have excellent relationship and client handling skills as well as being able to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day‑to‑day issues.
You will be team orientated and collegiate with experience of, and a willingness to mentor, coach and supervise less experienced members of the team.
You will be instrumental in improving the environmental performance for a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors.
You will have responsibility for directing and leading projects including tasks relating to recruitment, bidding, project team management, project delivery, and financial management.
