You will work closely with the Club Manager to drive membership growth, coordinate events, and maintain the highest standards of service and facility management. - Assist in the overall management of the Paddle Club, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. - Support the General Manager in driving membership sales and retention through excellent customer service and engagement initiatives.

You will be contracted to 8 hours per week, with the scope for picking up additional hours during December.
