You will develop and maintain customers to improve market share. This role is based in Stafford Technology Park, Monday Friday. Working Hours - 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

You will join a busy and vibrant claims handling team where you will manage your own caseload of new and existing property claims. As a Property Claims Handler you will: Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with incoming electronic instructions. Liaise with customers, clients, insurers via the telephone, email and in writing.

You will report directly to the Senior Finance Manager and support the management accounts team through the production and analysis of the local Brazilian management accounts.

You will work closely with external stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely completion of the in-territory accounts.

You will be responsible for: Delivering your part of our customer shopping trip by: I ensure the van and trays I use are clean and kept tidy/organised. Leaving the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, and picking up litter as I see it. Ensuring trays are washed as part of the tray wash process.

You will be responsible for managing existing accounts while proactively identifying and winning new business opportunities across the private and public sector. This role would suit an Account Manager with previous experience working in a B2B sales role within the Telecoms and IT sector.
