You will be handling all aspects of the accounts through renewals, adjustments, queries and any other issues that may arise.

You will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of classes of commercial business including Property, Liability, Combined, Package, Fleet and Trade amongst others.

You will be responsible for ensuring every custom event we run is delivered with the right mix of senior decision-makers from the right target accounts. You’ll lead a team that identifies, engages and secures those delegates, working closely with Sales, Client Success and Event Operations to make sure expectations are clear and delivery is strong.

You will be accountable for leading, developing and supporting a team of Customer Services Advisors, maintaining service standards and driving improvements across customer experience, sampling and display initiatives.
