You should have GCSEs (grade C or above in English & Maths), UK internal account management experience, and be proficient with Microsoft programs and CRM systems. Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask are essential.

You will develop and maintain customers to improve market share. This role is based in Stafford Technology Park, Monday Friday. Working Hours - 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday 21 days holiday. Rising to 25 days after service. Day-to-Day as an Junior Account Exec Experience working in a sales/ telesales telecom environment.
