You will be handling a range of commercial clients dealing with a range of commercial risks, and from the off will be working with a Senior Manager and one other Exec and have the support of an Account Handler and a Telesales Exec who will generate your leads.
You will also ideally have the Cert CII qualification or at the very least be keen to study towards this.

You will also need a UK National Insurance Number, proof of your Right to Work in the UK, commercial vehicle insurance (also referred to as hire and reward insurance) and, to pass a background and criminal record check which includes, but is not limited to, a review of driving licence records.
You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to provide customer service over the phone ensuring professionalism at all times. On a day to day basis you will be contacting customers that have fallen into arrears with their clients to collect payments over the phone and working with them to negotiate repayment plans.
You must be able to remain calm, focused and professional under pressure.
You will join a busy and vibrant claims handling team where you will manage your own caseload of new and existing property claims. As a Property Claims Handler you will: Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with incoming electronic instructions. Liaise with customers, clients, insurers via the telephone, email and in writing.
