You will be the most senior full‑time technical leader in the business.
You will own technical delivery end‑to‑end across a live production platform.
You will lead our existing offshore development team, set clear standards and drive pace, quality and accountability.
You will work closely with the CEO on product direction, priorities and execution.
You will be heavily involved in new products, processes and all technical matters. This role will report directly to the CEO.
You will ideally have experience in Mechanical Engineering however not essential. This is an exciting senior level, autonomous position.
You will own the technical vision, make key architectural decisions, and work closely with the founder on product scope, feasibility, and long-term scalability.
You will be responsible for defining how the company presents itself, understanding target users, and laying the foundation for growth.
