You will be reporting directly to one of the Assistant Operations Managers.

You will have direct engagement with customers, including potentially dealing with difficult situations or aggressive customers.

You will assist facility users with the separation and deposit of their waste, encouraging the general public to recycle as much of their waste as possible.

You will also be the shipboard lead for integrating company-specific technology and driving sustainability and guest satisfaction across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities - Direct day-to-day operations in the Guest Services, Rooms Division, Entertainment, and Onboard Revenue departments.

You will hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the practice.

You will identify training needs and support development plans, recognise and celebrate strong performance and positive behaviours, and address underperformance early through coaching, support, and structured action plans.

You will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, leading development initiatives, and supporting staff. The position offers a salary of £35,000 to £36,000 and benefits such as flexible hours, private medical insurance, and annual leave. A passion for animal welfare and a full UK driving licence are essential.

You will hold overall responsibility for the day‐to‐day operation of the practice.
