You will work with Client Services to front client relationships as appropriate, ensuring the Copy function is always represented appropriately.
You will work on client brand activity and be the ‘go-to’ writer across a number of clients and therapy areas
You will work closely with the Client Services team to devise solutions that fulfil and exceed client expectations, and make innovative suggestions
You will work in project teams alongside experienced colleagues, who provide one-to-one training in the technical aspects of the role, including project management and effective client communication.
You will collaborate with and support expert advisors and event speakers, and the requirement for on-site support at certain events provides opportunities for international travel.
You will revise and originate technical manuals that comply with rail and rolling stock standards and our own corporate format for customer-facing documents. Your output will communicate clearly to a wide range of users and facilitate the safe and efficient installation, operation and maintenance of our products.
