You will be responsible for the Building, Fabric and Civil Maintenance on a large PFI healthcare site in Birmingham.
You will manage a team of Assistant Engineering Managers, Supervisors and Engineers to manage all reactive and planned maintenance which will include all internal and external building fabric work; flat roofs, ceiling tiles, windows, doors, plastering, painting, fire doors etc.
You will engage with internal and external customers and stakeholders, building strong working relationships, and maximising integration of offsite solutions within projects, encouraging repeat business. Travel will be required across these regions to our client sites. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
You will supervise a multi-disciplinary maintenance team and specialist service partners, ensuring the effective delivery of PPMs, reactive maintenance, and lifecycle works.
