You will play a key role in shaping high-performing concepts and ensuring creative decisions are informed by data and platform best practices. - Develop and execute performance-driven creative strategies across Meta and TikTok, aligned to client goals and platform best practices.
You must be able to build a trusting and friendly rapport with all of the service users and to work within the guidelines of local and corporate policies in a dignified manner.
You must be flexible and willing to work the required shifts patterns including evening, weekends and potential for night support, in line with needs of service users.
You should have a track record of commerciality, people management and an understanding of customer service.
You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi task between your key responsibilities. What we expect from you: Our General managers are accountable for the day to day running of the store whilst balancing the goals of the Company.
You will work closely with engineering teams to understand their pain points and translate them into practical solutions — for example, building reusable components like commands, skills, and CI agents; designing and orchestrating custom agent workflows; developing low/no-code agents for faster adoption; and creating and maintaining knowledge bases connected via connectors and MCP servers.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and UX/UI, to ensure that our software solutions meet business and customer needs.
You will be responsible for driving culture through your craft and be keen to take on line management responsibilities.
