You will act as a consistent point of contact for clients, managing requests, updates, and ongoing communication. Due to the nature of our client base, a high level of professionalism and discretion is essential. This role requires flexibility and the ability to respond to client needs outside of standard working hours when required.
You will be responsible for delivering day-to-day design work while also contributing creatively to the ongoing evolution of the brand. The role combines graphic design, content creation, photography/videography and brand guardianship, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and ownership.
You will also be expected to complete secondments to other ATG venues during your apprenticeship, this will require you to move to another area of the UK; It is therefore essential that you are happy to move during the apprenticeship to ensure that you gain a broader range of experiences, develop a wider network in the industry and encourage you to seek out job opportunities in all ATG’s theatres.
You will be a critical team member in BCG’s Marketing function, collaborating across global Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Practice Areas, while supporting BCG accounts and client teams. Your days will be spent working with all levels of the BCG organization, including Managing Directors and Partners (and their account teams, support staff, and assistants), Marketing Directors, and peers.
