You will be a critical team member in BCG’s Marketing function, collaborating across global Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Practice Areas, while supporting BCG accounts and client teams. Your days will be spent working with all levels of the BCG organization, including Managing Directors and Partners (and their account teams, support staff, and assistants), Marketing Directors, and peers.
You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality across the setting, supporting staff and daily operations, and ensuring consistent, high-quality provision at all times. You will lead the Brand Activation sub-team within the Global Brand & Creative Strategy team. In this role, you will work closely with the other sub-team leaders – including Creative Strategy & Design, Brand Strategy, and Operations.
You will also work closely with other functions across the Global Marketing & Communications organization, as well as key business service teams.
You will be a key contributor in building and operationalizing customer journeys, shaping persona development, and translating insights into activation strategies across digital and offline channels.
