You will be responsible for managing the scheme rota, recruitment and induction of new staff. This role may also require managerial shifts covering the weekend where necessary to ensure full and consistent cover of all shifts. It is essential that you have strong IT skills, the ability to empower and lead a team of support staff to deliver exceptional care and support.
