You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.
You will be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns, landing pages, and funnels that drive measurable outcomes: SQLs, customers, and revenue.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, manage paid budgets directly, and use data and experimentation to continuously improve performance.
You will guide not only what we do, but how we do it—ensuring that results are achieved with rigor, transparency, and purpose. This is a leadership position for someone who understands that true performance comes from alignment: between strategy and execution, data and intuition, teams and clients.
You will be responsible for ensuring every custom event we run is delivered with the right mix of senior decision-makers from the right target accounts. You’ll lead a team that identifies, engages and secures those delegates, working closely with Sales, Client Success and Event Operations to make sure expectations are clear and delivery is strong.
You will shape tailored sales strategies aligned to market conditions, asset performance and buyer demand, overseeing the preparation of high-quality sales materials, data rooms and investor presentations.
You will have an established investor network, ideally across London and the wider UK, and be confident operating at pace in a commercially focused, performance-driven environment.
You will drive growth through structured account management, promotional planning, and collaborative development, while managing commercial performance across volume, value, margin and profitability.
You will be responsible for creating the category strategy and aligning with the group approach.
You will represent procurement at a UK and European level within your categories to build partnerships, introduce new Suppliers and implement new ways of working.
You will leverage Concerts by Candlelight to secure placements across hotels, luxury venues, corporate suppliers and wedding and events networks, converting high level conversations into contracted, revenue generating partnerships.
You will operate at senior decision maker level, engaging owners, directors, brand leads and heads of events.
You will set and deliver a modern and innovative Client Development & Marketing strategy that elevates brand presence, sharpens market positioning and drives meaningful client engagement. As a senior leader, you’ll influence at the highest level, partnering closely with the Global Managing Partner, heads of groups, and other senior stakeholders.
You will have autonomy and the flexibility to share and implement new creative ideas to further develop the service.
You will also have the support from other Registered Managers and professionals across the SENAD Group.
You will also be a champion for children's rights and be able to hear their voice to ensure their needs are continually met.
