You will be responsible for producing high-quality technical CAD drawings in SolidWorks, supporting project delivery against deadlines and budgets, managing client expectations, and ensuring build quality through supplier coordination and site involvement.

You will act as the design lead for the London region, partnering closely with the specification sales team to interpret briefs, develop bespoke carpet solutions, and support projects from initial concept through to completion.

You will build upon the strength of our existing relationships and realise our position as a social partner to our clients, delivering forward-thinking, imaginative content and innovative strategies.

You must have a finger on the pulse culturally and be confident in presenting recommendations that go beyond the expectations of traditional agencies.

You will plan and execute sales trials, analyse results, and translate insight into a practical sales playbook and recommendations for future processes. You’ll also help to shape and improve the commercial operations underpinning our approach – from data capture and CRM use to sales materials, reporting, and performance monitoring.

You should be Chartered or nearing this status and able to run projects. They work in close collaboration with architects, striving to create the most artistic and in the market.

You will be given excellent support for Chartered status if not already attained.
