You will lead Early Help assessments and work closely with clients to develop skills to manage challenges related to mental health, housing, finances, relationships, and parenting. You will be instrumental in managing multiple contracts and leading a team of Site Managers, an RLO, and multi-disciplined tradesmen.
You will also play a central role in delivering an ambitious sustainability strategy aligned to long-term environmental goals. This role suits a proactive self-starter who enjoys working autonomously, influencing others, and embedding best practice within a fast-paced construction environment.
