You must have previous sales experience working within a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or furniture sales / design environment where you have nurtured your customer's desire to design, furthered by your technical knowledge whilst delivering a fantastic and memorable experience for the customer.
You will take ownership of the delivery of key project workstreams.
You will also be responsible for the management, growth, and mentorship of junior team members, while actively engaging with clients to ensure project delivery within established timelines and budgets, and to effectively navigate any changes that may arise.
You will be deeply immersed at every stage of a project, liaising with all departments in the studio and ensuring that design and strategy are aligned to create compelling solutions.
You will be regularly required to present to clients, able to confidently express the value of design rather than just visual qualities.
You will champion design quality, mentor others and collaborate closely with narrative, art, engineering and production to bring the studio’s creative vision to life. Act as the level design leader for Single Player content made by Sledgehammer Games.
