You will earn a basic salary of £21,590 plus uncapped commission with OTE of £50,000. Main responsibilities:
You will receive supervision and support from the Regional Clinical Director, will have the support of an Assistant Psychologist, and will also provide supervision to the Qualified Psychologists within an inpatient service.
You will be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team comprising Nursing & Care, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy and Dietetic.
You will have experience of:Writing successful funding applications or proposals, ideally in the voluntary or public sector, securing four- and five-figure gifts from trusts, foundations, or statutory sources.
You will be responsible and accountable for the shop and the team in the absence of the Shop Manager such as operating and running the Shop and managing the Shop team effectively.
