You will ensure that your projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with the NEC contract standards.
You will be part of our highly collaborative Local Government team, based in Norwich, and delivering a range of significant projects within the County. Your role will include linking up with resources located in other WSP teams nationwide.
You will take responsibility for agreed learning activities under a structured system of supervision, including planning, preparing, and delivering sessions to individuals, small groups, or whole classes. You’ll bring experience, initiative, and a proactive approach to supporting pupils and staff.
You will be fully supported in your role by the University Student Support Team and will have the opportunity to participate in meetings with other Student Resident Assistants and University staff. Full training will be given, especially in the in areas of Fire Regulations, Health & Safety, mental health and emergency first aid.
You will be an excellent communicator who learns from your experiences and is able to work under pressure in a busy environment.
