You will manage classroom behaviour, maintain a focused learning environment, and support students across KS3, KS4, and KS5. Key Responsibilities:
You will be working to inspire our students love of learning through a hands on and creative approach to teaching. While the successful candidate is not required to hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), they should possess a relevant Level 4 qualification or equivalent. This position would be particularly suitable for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant seeking career progression.
You will be supervising students, keeping them on track with learning and ensuring their behaviour is managed. Planning and marking are not a part of this role, however being able to lead large groups of students effectively is essential. Being able to build quick rapport with pupils and show authority without being heavy handed will be your priority.
