You will be required to lead a team of Cover Supervisors and act as Cover Supervisor, covering/supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of a teacher.
You will also be required to work with small groups of children to provide support and intervention.
You will also be expected to plan and prepare lessons with teachers, aswell as develop and prepare resources for learning activities.
You must have the ability to deliver exciting and engaging lessons across the curriculum that develops learners' knowledge and skills, from KS2 - KS4.
You will ideally have experience of teaching in an SEN/SEMH school although this role is open to all.
