Cover Supervisor jobs in Basingstoke

You will be required to lead a team of Cover Supervisors and act as Cover Supervisor, covering/supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of a teacher.

You will also be required to work with small groups of children to provide support and intervention.

You will also be expected to plan and prepare lessons with teachers, aswell as develop and prepare resources for learning activities.

You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment for pupils with a range of special educational needs.

You will also work closely with teaching staff, providing feedback on pupil engagement, progress and behaviour.
