You will be providing representation to clients within the Mental Capacity Act, managing property and affairs, deputyships, trust management, tax affairs and accounts and applications to the Court of Protection.
You will be a qualified solicitor who has had at least 1 year PQE in Court of Protection work.
You will be responsible for: Working within the Private Law Team, to agree the best arrangements for the welfare and safety of the child(ren). Conducting assessment directly with children. Representing child views and wishes in court.

You will have hands‐on experience in Financial Affairs Deputyships and Court of Protection matters relating to property and finance.
