You will combine first-class executive support with deep knowledge of IFA administration processes, ensuring the Senior Advisor is fully supported in all aspects of day-to-day operations, client management and strategic priorities.
You will have a set weekly rota made up of the below shifts. (Usually 2 Early shifts and 1 x Mid , 1x Late)
You will be responsible for working in Partnership with Bath Spa University, Canterbury Christ Church University, and St Marys University, Newcastle City College & University of Bolton.
You will be responsible for the development of the campus that you’re situated at.
You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.
You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.
You will learn how to assess and control risks, understand legal responsibilities, and investigate incidents.
