You will be responsible for managing a caseload of children in care, undertaking statutory visits, completing assessments and care planning, and working closely with carers, families, and partner agencies to promote permanence and wellbeing. You will join our Bridges team in Gloucester, right at the start of WSPs long-term professional services contract for Gloucestershire County Council (GCC).
You will work within a team of established professionals with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the varied structures within the county.
You will support and supervise structures and maintenance works from design through to on-site construction, playing a key role in planning, safety, stakeholder liaison, and commercial control.
