You will need to be CQC registered and comfortable working within regulation, but the focus is on creating a safe, well-led home where people genuinely feel at ease.
You will be fully supported by a dedicated Operations Manager, together with an established on-site leadership and support team, including the Deputy Manager, nursing team, Administrator, and housekeeping colleagues.
You will work closely with the management team, lead shifts, support junior staff, and act as a positive role model within the service.
You will manage your own patient list of 1,500 patients (based on 6 sessions) and take part in the duty doctor rota, currently 1 in 6, between the hours of 10.30 am and 6.30 pm. Salaried GPs employed under the BMA model contract are entitled to protected learning time for professional development.
