You will have a substantial opportunity to contribute to the success of optioneering, outline and detailed design projects across the North West.
You will act as the key liaison between the design and technical teams, order samples for the Sales Team and ensure material is available to maintain agreed customer service levels. You will be expected to have proficiency in MS 365 applications and have knowledge in key areas such as advanced Excel, PowerBI and SharePoint. Working knowledge of GIS Systems (MapInfo, ArcGIS, QGIS). Experience using FME, Optimatics, python (or similar) would be an advantage.
You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
You will be expected to demonstrate relevant experience in modelling either a consultancy or water company.
