You will play a key and leading role in developing and maintaining relationships with our corporate clients and will build strong links with the accounts and audit team to ensure a comprehensive tax service to clients.
You will be undertaking company/commercial work which may include: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements including partnership agreements, shareholders’ agreements and agency contracts.
